    • By sending your unit Terms and Conditions automatically apply.

    • Before sending your unit off to Head Unit Repair please make sure you contact us, letting us know the model year of your car, the type of your unit, the exact problem, and if anyone already tried to fix it.

    • Please make sure your unit is safely packed with a special regard to buttons and screens.

    • For any damage or loss due to postage Head Unit Repair can’t be held responsible. In case of damage please take a photo of your parcel and contact your courier’s customer service.

    • Please note we can’t remove the unit from the car. You need to contact a garage to do this for you before sending it us.

    • Prices are provided as a guide only and may vary due to different faults.

    • In case the unit can’t be fixed the checking fee is £70.

    • Head Unit Repair accepts only bank transfers.

    • Warranty period is 3 months, under normal conditions of use, for the original fault. If the warranty seal is broken, there’s no warranty and no refund.

    • A full refund can’t be given. £70 checking fee still has to be paid.

    • Head Unit Repair is able to store forgotten units for 1 month. In this time our engineer will try to contact the customer maximum three times. If the waiting period is over we consider the unit as a property of our business.
